Who we are
Floorz has been serving the local community since 1996. With a wealth of experience and commitment to excellence, owners Russell and Margaret Jordan have established Floorz as one of the most respected names in the floor covering industry.
Russell Jordan, co-owner and industry expert, transitioned into the flooring business after a successful career in a nationwide children's portrait company. In his previous role, he led a team of over 150 employees to create the highest standards for children's portrait services across the United States. Inspired by his passion for delivering excellence, Russ, alongside his wife Margaret, brought the same level of dedication to Floorz.
Margaret Jordan, also a co-owner, is a Nashville native who graduated from O'more College of Design. She began her professional journey as a commercial interior designer, showcasing her creativity and eye for detail. After taking time off to raise their children, Margaret returned to the design world, revitalizing Floorz's tile design program. With her visionary approach and expertise, Floorz now boasts one of the best tile and design offerings in the Nashville area.
As long-time residents of the Nashville area, Russell & Margaret maintain a strong commitment to the local community. As a family-owned and operated company, they treat their clients like their own family. They also extend this sense of care to the local community by supporting charitable organizations such as the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home, Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and local area animal shelters. Giving back is a fundamental part of who they are, and they are honored to make a positive impact on the lives of those around us.
